staying at wylder hotel, tilghman island was such a treat! the firepits at night created a warm atmosphere, and the heated pool was absolutely refreshing. i loved the complimentary water sport rentals, which allowed for fun days on the bay. the landscaping was simply stunning, and the fruit water by the pool was a nice touch.

i do recommend.

imagine paying $400 a night for a ‘deluxe’ waterview room with no bedside tables, just bare walls, and a shower so cramped I couldn’t even shave! The restaurant was overpriced with bad drinks, and don’t even get me started on the ‘resort fee’ nonsense. I nearly wrote a good review but just couldn’t, how discouraging!

There's an appealing saltwater pool that provides a refreshing escape, along with complimentary activities like kayaking, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the beautiful surroundings.

Rooms felt cramped despite recent renovations, with some having issues like paper-thin walls that allowed noise from upstairs guests to disrupt our peace. The Wi-Fi struggled to stay connected, and cell service in the area made communication a hassle, leading to frustration especially during our longer stay.

I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the Double Cabin, which was well-equipped for our needs. The use of in-room iPads to access hotel information and book activities was a very modern touch. However, the WiFi service was a bit unreliable during our stay, which made it tricky to stay connected at times.
